Aiming at the smart antenna(SA) system,this paper analyzes the dynamic channel allocation(DCA) model on carrier interfere ratio(CIR),gives out the quantitative conception of common channel interfere(CCI),computes out the position factor of CCI,and lastly analyzes some conditions and realizations about the optimum dynamic optimal assignable channel allocation as well as reallocation.
