Whereafter,grain size trends analysis with a series of DC (from 100 m to 1000 m) adopted were carried out on the origin data of irregular sampling grid and the interpolated data of regular grid.

In this paper,the grain size trend analysis method is used to study the net sediment transport trend in the Quanzhou Bay,the sedimentation rate in the north channel of this bay is determined by using 210Pb dating method,and the changes in scour and sitting in this bay are calculated by means of comparison between nautical charts.
