The river water gathered from the Bao Tou section of the Yellow River as algaes source, 96h acute toxicity and 8d chronic toxicity of 11 kinds of phenols and anilines to algae were determined according to the algaes growth inhibition test which prescribed by International Orgonization of Economic and Cooperaton Development (OECD).
本文以黄河水包头段作为藻种来源,参照国际经济合作与发展组织(OECD)规定的藻类生长抑制试验的标准方法,分别测定了11种苯酚、苯胺类化合物对藻类的96h的急性毒性和8d的慢性毒性,得到了急、慢性毒性的浓度-效应曲线,求得了急性毒性的24-96h半数抑制浓度EC_(50)值和慢性毒性8d最大允许浓度MATC值。
