性质:又称易流动性聚甲醛。聚甲醛树脂的高熔体流动速率品级。物理机械性能基本相似于普通聚甲醛,但熔体流动性好,熔体流动速率25g/10min以上。成型加工性好,成型周期短,生产效率高,适用于长流道多模穴模具的成型加工。在聚甲醛树脂的生产过程中,通过调节分子量和添加流动速率改进剂、润滑剂而制得。适合制作形状复杂、薄壁制件。
