【原料】
1厘米厚的肋眼牛排1份,橄榄油1/2杯,大蒜6~8颗,迷迭香少许（选择性）,盐胡椒,红酒1/2杯（选择性）
【制作过程】
(1)在生牛排上加进盐、胡椒和香料.
(2)将2~3汤匙的橄榄油倒进已加热的煎锅中.
(3)大蒜切片并丢入煎锅，煎至焦黄後取出,再倒入少许橄榄油并将肋眼牛排放入煎锅，每面约煎3~5分钟，时间长短视个人喜 好牛排的熟度而定,起锅前加入已煎过的蒜片即可
