This paper establishes a mathematical model of the gas flow field inside separating column of the circumfluent circulation cyclone separator based on the N-S equation under column coordinate,gives the resolution of the cyclone flow field in separating column with weighted residual method,and compares computation values with trial values as well.
由柱坐标系下的Navier-Stokes方程出发,建立了环流循环除尘系统分离柱内流速场新的数学模型,利用具有成熟使用经验的加权残值法对流场进行求解,并与实验结果进行了比较。

While the immersion tubes are located eccentrically,larger eddies appear near the down immersion tube at the bottom of vacuum chamber,under free surface of vacuum chamber and in ladle,but no obvious effect on the recirculation flow rate was observed.
数值结果表明,偏心移动浸渍管时,在真空室底部、真空室及钢包钢液表面的下降管处发现较大的漩涡,但对循环流量影响较小;减小浸渍管间距,真空室左侧壁面的回流增强,循环流量减小;减小浸渍管插入深度,循环流量增大。

The effects of the argon gas flow rate and the parameters of up--leg on the flow and the recirculation flow rate in a RH degasser were taken into account in the present study.
考虑ＲＨ真空槽与钢包的整体性，从ＲＨ上升管吹Ａｒ这一基本现象着手，建立了描述ＲＨ装置内钢液流动行为的三维数学模型，考察吹 Ａｒ量和浸渍管参数对 ＲＨ装置内钢液流动和循环流量的影响。
