bongui之h一niantu半硅质粘土(semi一siliea elay)5102含量为65纬~80%的耐火原料。它的Al:03和TIOZ含量在15%一30%之间,其他为铁、钙等氧化物杂质。耐火度在165oC左右,由于石英含量的不同其变化较大,所以其灼减量比一般耐火粘土低,加热收缩比一般耐火粘土小。其制品的性质介于硅砖与粘土砖之间。中国半硅质粘土资源不多,用途也较少。日本为了充分利用这种资源,多用来代替粘土砖。 半硅质粘土中所含的石英砂的颗粒大小对其制品烧结性能有较大的影响,如石英砂的颗粒在0.Zmm以下则容易烧结,而在。.smm以上则在烧结过程中,由于石英砂的膨胀而易造成松散。杂质总量高于5%时,耐火度等高温性能降低很多。 半硅质粘土主要用于制造半硅质粘土制品。 (许乡匕权)
