It s the first time that,based on exergy balance equations,a general matrix equation for regenerative systems of fossil fired power stes has been deduced,with which the exergy loss distribution in regenerative systems of different power sets can easily be calculated.

The damage profile of silicon substrate induced by 2 0MeV Er + at a dose of 1×10 14 /cm 2 is extracted using the multiple scattering dechannelling model of Feldman,and the result is in good agreement with the TRIM96 calculation.
