中国楚汉战争中韩信巧妙利用潍水(今山东潍河)歼灭楚齐联军的一次进攻作战。汉王三年(公元前 204)九月，韩信率军东击齐王田广，以完成对楚军的翼侧迂回，支援成皋战场。次月(四年十月)，韩信袭破齐军，进占齐都临淄(今山东淄博东北)。田广败走高密（今山东高密西南），向楚求救。项羽急遣将军龙且率军救援。十一月，楚齐联军20余万与汉军数万对峙于潍水两岸。韩信鉴于敌众己寡，遂令所部乘夜在潍水上游以沙袋垒坝塞流。拂晓，亲率一部兵力渡河进攻，随又佯败退回西岸。龙且以为汉军怯弱，率军渡河追击。汉军乘其渡河决坝，河水直下，将楚军分割在潍水两岸。汉军乘势迎击西岸楚军，杀龙且。东岸联军见势溃散。汉军乘胜追歼，俘田广，平定齐地。汉军在北方战场取得决定性的胜利，直接威胁项羽统治中心，为转入反攻奠定了基础。
