This paper introduces the application region of image stabilization technology and all the kinds of realization technologies for optical image stabilization(OIS)and electrical image stabilization(EIS),describes the theory of EIS based on image processing,according to the features of vehicular infrared thermal imaging device,puts forward a method to stabilize the image simply and feasibly.

Recently, video stabilization technology mainly concentrated on geological survey and aeronautics and astronautics and received good achievement.

Finally it explains that SPC-conducting can t only depend on control charts but should do capability analysis(that is the steady state of technology),and timely and effectively take measures on improving the proce.
