本文采用自然正交函数分析法对黄河、洛河、渭河洪水在三门峡库区遭遇进行分析探讨 ,得出只要预测未来时间系数就可预测未来洪水相遇的可能性大小 ,并得到了比较可靠的结果 ,在三门峡库区及其它河流的洪水遭遇分析具有重要的实用价值。

三门峡黄河白天鹅观赏区位于三门峡市区西北部的黄河岸边,系黄河上最大的白天鹅栖息地。该景区东起三门峡黄河森林公园,西至陕州风景区三号码头,河面宽阔,生态环境良好,滩涂及水域饵料丰富,是候鸟迁徙停歇和越冬的天然场所。每年10月—次年3月,有数以万计的白天鹅翩翩飞临,在黄河岸边集群栖息,嬉戏觅食,形成黄河上一大自然景观。三门峡市由此成为我国极为难得的白天鹅观赏胜地,被誉为“天鹅之城”。该项目正在筹建,预计三年内完工。
