适应症:
本品适用于各期高血压病的治疗,尤适于伴肾功能减退、雷诺征、哮喘、痛风及糖尿病的高血压病患者。对肺动脉高血压或肾性高血压也有效。本品也中治疗心力衰竭和心绞痛。
用量用法:① 初始剂量为2.5 mg qd,常用维持剂量为5-10mg qd,必要时剂量可进一步增加或加用其它降压药。
②口服,普通片每次5~10mg,每日2~3次;缓释片每次10mg,每日1次。
注意事项:
1.主要有头痛、眩晕、发热感、颜面潮红、心悸、乏力、踝部水肿等。 2.大剂量时可引起低血压及心动过速。 3.孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁用,严重肝、肾功能减退者慎用。老年人因清除速度减慢、剂量宜减少。
规格: 片剂:2.5mg x 10片。5mg/片,10mg/片 缓释片:10mg/片。
