In the light of the current situation of electric power network below 10 kV in China,this article introduces a long-distance electric power measurement monitor system based on the GPRS,to realize the electric power for automatic power supply and automatic charge,the electrical energy quality control,and provide users electricity comsuption and analyzes.
针对我国目前10KV以下电力网络的实际情况,设计了一种基于通用分组无线业务GPRS(GeneralPackageRadioService)的远程电力计量监测系统,该系统可为电力配网供电自动化、收费自动化、电能质量管理以及用户的用电预测与分析提供依据。

According to user’s demand, the administrative system of remote electric energy measurement about ENMS-IA, ENMS-IB and the administrative software of electric power measurement of ENMS which combine many kinds of special technologies such as modern gauge, electronics, communication and computer etc.
根据用户需要开发的ENMS IA、ENMS IB型远程电能计量联网管理系统和ENMS电力计量联网管理软件集现代仪表、电子、通信和计算机等多种专业技术于一体 ,对各种范围内不同用户的用电计量进行数据采集、存储、集中、传输、分析整理 ,可以很好地支持很多新功能的应用 ,为电网商业化运营提供了充分的技术保证 ,还可以极大减少人力资源的使用 ,降低运行成本。
