骨盆外测量
是进行骨盆测量的一种方法。用骨盆测量器测量骨盆外部的径线。①骼棘间径:孕妇取伸腿仰卧位,测量两髂前上棘外缘的距离。正常值为23~25cm。②髂嵴间径:孕妇取伸腿仰卧位,测量两侧髂嵴外缘最宽的距离。正常值为25~28cm。以上两径线可以间接推测骨盆入口横径的长度。③骶耻外径:孕妇取左侧卧位,右腿伸直,左腿屈曲。测量第5腰椎棘突下至耻骨联合上缘中点的距离,正常值为18~20cm。此径线可以间接推测骨盆入口前后径的长度,是骨盆外测量中最重要的径线。④坐骨结节间径或称出口横径:孕妇取仰卧位,两腿弯曲,双手抱双膝。测量两坐骨结节内侧缘的距离,大于或等于8.0cm即属正常。⑤耻骨弓角度:用左右手拇指指尖斜着对拢,放置在耻骨联合下缘,左右两拇指平放在耻骨降支的上面,测量两拇指间的角度。正常值为80°~90°。
