联苯胺试验
occult blood test
又称联苯胺法，为隐血检查的方法之一。血红蛋白有过氧化酶的作用，能分解过氧化氢而放出氧，将联苯胺氧化为联苯胺蓝而显蓝色。通过这种原理，将消毒棉棒上滴加1%联苯胺丁醋酸及3%过氧化氢溶液各1～2滴，然后以竹签取粪便少许涂在上述棉棒上，观察颜色变化。如无颜色变化为阴性反应，如出现蓝绿色为阳性反应。
