Combing the graphs for distrbution of polluted parts and pollutants in Shanxi electric power system,we identified the typical pollutant in Shanxi electric network and analysed the components of pollutants,concluding that the main components affecting the normal operation of the network in typical pollutants and accordingly putting forward the guarding measures against certain components.

Time domain characteristics of leakage current of insulators have been used to forecast contamination condition,but abundant forecast information in frequency components of leakage current has still been ignored.
针对现有染污绝缘子在线检测系统基于泄漏电流时域特征预测绝缘子污秽状态,而忽略了泄漏电流频域成分中含有丰富信息量的问题,提出了利用快速傅里叶变换(FFT)与功率谱估计相结合的分析方法,提取出泄漏电流的2个频谱特征量:3次谐波与基波幅值比κ和功率谱中高频能量与总能量之比α,作为污秽状态预测参量。

    介质表面沾染污秽时所引起的沿面放电。简称污闪。固体介质表面沾染污秽又同时变潮后,污秽层中所含的可溶性盐类和酸、碱等溶于水膜,形成离子电导,使污秽表面通过较大泄漏电流;沿面闪络电压显著降低,严重时能降低到清洁表面闪络电压的10%以下。雾、露、细雨和溶雪天气时,绝缘子甚至会在工作电压下闪络,严重影响电力系统的安全运行。因此,污闪已成为高压和超高压电工设备选择外绝缘水平的主要依据。防止污闪和提高污闪电压的措施有:①定期清扫和用水冲洗绝缘子和绝缘套管。②改进绝缘子结构使刮风、下雨时能自行清扫。③增大泄漏距离,选取合理的泄漏比矩(每千伏工作线电压需要的泄漏距离)。④给绝缘表面上半导体釉或涂硅油等憎水材料。⑤尽量使高压输电线路避开污秽区,避免在污秽区建高压变电所。
