拔伸牵引法 医疗技术名。现代中西医结合总结之整骨八法之一。本法集中中医正骨手法之拔伸与西医骨科牵引法之优点而成。其法是用手或器械在患部进行拔伸牵引，根据伤情确定施术之方案，以利骨折移位、关节脱臼之整复。对克服肌肉收缩之拉力，矫正骨折重迭移位，恢复肢体正常位置，其效果优于单用中医或西医方法者。
