The paper researches into the chatter machanism and dynamic characteristics by means of numerical analogue based on the analysis of the adapting modelling direction and non-linear mathematical model for three-dimensional dynamic turning process.
本文在对三维动态车削过程适应性建模方向及非线性数学模型进行分析的基础上,进一步以微机数值模拟的方式研究了金属车削颤振过程的机理及动态特性,从理论上证明了动态车削过程具有明显的非线性特征,颤振的产生不但与切削用量有关,而且与机床工艺系统的模态参数、刀具几何参数等均有密切的关系,合理地选择和调整切削用量,工艺系统及刀具的有关参数可以有效地改善三维车削的动态稳定性。
