用途
SG三足式刮刀下部卸科离心机是一种间歇操作，过滤式离心机。采用调速电机根据不同的物料选择恰当转速进行进料分离洗涤。低速运转下卸料。
本离心机和普通上出料离心机比较。除具有对物料的适应性强，运转平稳外还具有工作作效率高，劳动强度低，操作条件好等优点本离心机适合于中小颗粒(≥0.01毫米)的悬俘液分离脱液，可以广泛应用于化工、制药、冶金、食品等工业部门。且具有自动离心机的优点,筒体基本密封可防止某些有毒,强腐材料外泄伤人，安全系数高。
原理
电机通过传动系统带动转鼓绕其主轴心回转形成离心力场,料液从顶部与主轴同轴线的加料管进入转鼓落在主轴上部的布料盘上。在离心力场的作用下，料液被抛向转鼓壁。液相继滤网，转鼓孔进入机壳空间，落在机身底盘上从出液口排出，固相物料留在滤网内侧、料层厚度由专门的限位器控制，洗涤液通过洗涤管加入，脱液完毕，转鼓降速用刮刀将固相物料刮落下来从转鼓上出料口卸出。
特点：卸料方便，节省体力可实现机械化控制和隔离控制。
