性质:活性炭是一种多孔性高比表面积吸附剂,由某些动、植物物质经高温炭化、活化过程制成。经酸洗、表面清洗后,再用水凝胶或高分子材料在炭粒表面包涂一层薄膜(以改进血液相容性并可防止脱落炭粒),进行高温消毒。它被用于血液灌流清除人体血液中某些内、外源性有毒物质,对治疗肝功能衰竭、尿毒症患者也有一定疗效。
