fengliang Pingheng dinglu风t平衡定律(air quantity balancing law) 风网中流人某节点或网孔的风量存在必然等于流出该节点或网孔的风量的关系。即风网中流人与流出任一节点或网孔的风量代数和等于零，其表达式为艺Q、一。，式中Qt为流入或流出该节点或网孔的风量，以流人者为正，流出者为负;i、n为交汇于某节点或网孔的风道号及风道总数。本定律说明在节点或网孔上风量是连续的，故又可称为风量连续定律。对应于电力网路中的克希荷夫第一定律，风网中的风量与电网中的电流相当。 (李高棋)
