An anaerobic pretreatment of tar-containing wastewater from gasification of biomass was studied in a upflow blanket filter(UBF) at ambient temperature of 16~36℃,and the suspended microbe in the UBF reactor was also analysed.
在环境温度16~35℃条件下,流式污泥床—过滤器(UpflowBlanketFilter,UBF)复合式厌氧反应器对生物质气化发电焦油废水进行了厌氧预处理实验研究,对UBF反应器内悬浮态微生物相进行了分析。

Acclimation and granulation of anaerobic sludge was achieved in the UBF reactor treating tar containing wastewater from gasification of biomass for power production at ambient temperature (16~36℃), the COD proportion of tar containing wastewater in the influent was the main effect factors in the process .

性质:又称K-T炉。煤常压流化床气化工业炉之一。气化炉双头,如两个中间焊在一起的球锥体,内衬耐火砖,侧面设有双炉头(两面对称)。属流化床气化炉。将原料煤磨成粉煤,粉煤粒度75%~80%通过200目。用螺旋加料器将煤粉送至混合器,与氧气和蒸汽混合,通过炉头中的烧嘴喷入气化炉。煤和气化剂在炉内起火焰反应,产生高达2000℃的高温区,火焰末端,即炉中部的温度为1500℃左右,灰分大部分以熔渣形式沿气化炉壁下流,进入水急冷槽,由出灰机移走。生成的煤气由炉顶引出,气温约1400~1500℃,经废热锅炉回收热量,产生高压蒸汽,再经一系列冷却除尘设备,将煤气温度降至常温。以褐煤为原料制得的煤气组成大致为:CO2 11.9%,CO 55.7%,H2 29.0%,CH40.1%,N2+Ar2%。
