The causes of breakout during the production of low carbon steel for cold rolling by Tanggang FTSC thin slab caster were analysed and the optimization countermeasures such as the control of mould taper,the copper plate shape of mould narrow side and SEN shape were put forward.

In view of current situation that blasting theory is not advanced and that cut angle and cut height are determined only by experiences when chimney is demolished by controlled blasting, this paper establishes a mathematical model to determine cut angle and cut height when different chimney cut shapes are adopted.
针对目前爆破理论比较落后,烟囱爆破拆除时仅仅靠经验确定爆破切角大小和切口高度的现状,从砖烟囱的爆破切口形状出发,建立了确定砖烟囱选用不同切口形状时的切角大小和切口高度的数学模型,分析了切口形状对爆破切角大小和切口高度的影响,并结合工程实例对建立的数学模型进行了分析和讨论。

Due to the actuality that blasting theory is not advanced and that collapse rule is rarely researched when chimney is demolished by controlled blasting,the mechanical models to determine collapse rule were built in this paper when different chimney cut shape was adopted.
针对目前爆破理论比较落后,对烟囱拆除爆破时的倾倒过程研究较少,从烟囱的爆破切口形状出发,建立了不同切口形状下的烟囱倒塌过程的力学模型,分析了切口形状对烟囱倒塌过程的影响,得到了一些有益的结论。

[原料/调料]
蟹角 8只
草莓 10个
1.面粉 1/2杯
蛋 1个
糖 1/2大匙
盐 1小匙
苏打粉 少许
2.盐 1小匙
酒 1/3大匙
胡椒粉 少许
[制作流程]
(1)将蟹角洗净沥干水份，略拍打一下蟹角，使其有裂痕，再加入盐、酒、胡椒粉搅拌均匀，腌10分钟。
(2)将草莓洗净沥干备用。
(3)将调味料1搅拌均匀，成面煳，放入草莓，分别沾好面煳。
(4)加热适量的油，将草莓放入炸约40秒，立即捞出，沥干油，排入盘中。
(5)将蟹角全部放入面煳中拌均匀，用中火热油，再一一放入蟹角炸熟，再改大火，炸一分钟，外表略酥即可捞起，将油沥干，即可排入盘中食用。
