Based on the research of CCAPI Common Graphics Exchange Request for Proposal, SVG standards and the developing experiences of EMS Graphics interface, a new EMS graphics interface according to CCAPI Common Graphics Exchange standards is developed in this project.

For this problem the paper proposes a kind of data structure in which the two dimension diagram of parts can be saved according to making use of the related knowledge of graph theory and the data information of DXF,and meanwhile proposes a saving method for this data structure.
针对这个问题,利用图论中的相关知识,结合图形交换文件(DXF)中的零部件数据信息,给出了一种用于存储零件二维图的数据结构,并且提出了一种针对零件二维图的存储方案,在此基础上讨论了轴类零件图的存储算法,以及基于这种存储方案的轴类零件相似程度的比较算法,为零件相似程度的比较提供了一条比较新的途径。

Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the drawing exchange file ( DXF) , a control system that used for scheduledtrack machining was proposed, and its design theory, hardware and software were presented in detail.

The structure of DXF is analysed and introduced simply, a realizing way is brought forward for the exchanging interface of DXF data,whose advantages and disadvantages are compared with those of poltter(PLT) format in laser processing.
