雅克-141(以前简称雅克-41)是苏联雅克福列夫设计局研制的第二代垂直短距起落战斗/攻击机，用以取代在“基辅”级航空母舰上服役的雅克-38a。该机为两侧进气、双垂尾布局，装1台推力换向涡轮风扇发动机，该发动机是在哈恰图诺夫领导下、在“鹞”式飞机装的罗?罗公司的飞马发动机的基础上设计的，其升力喷气/推力换向发动机动力装置与雅克-38相似，很可能相同。雅克-141还装有具有下视/下射能力的机头雷达，它是一种具有低超音速能力的垂直/短距起落战斗/攻击机。1988年春天，美国海军发现该机的存在。到1990初，该机尚未进行着舰试验。
