| 石雕 stone carving 在石块上雕刻各种图案和形象的艺术，通常也指用石块雕刻成的雕塑工艺品。中国石雕按石料分有青石雕刻、大理石雕刻、汉白玉雕刻、滑石雕刻、墨晶石雕刻、彩石雕刻、卵石雕刻等。福建惠安的青石雕刻以建筑装饰和石狮而闻名，其中石狮口中含有滚动自如的石珠，享誉东南亚。云南的大理石雕刻以点苍山的大理石为原料，其花纹犹如着色山水，或危峰断壑，或飞瀑随云，镶嵌家具别具一格。河北曲阳、北京房山等地的汉白玉雕刻，在明清两代主要用于宫廷建筑装饰，如华表、石狮、栏杆等；现代则用于公共和纪念建筑的装饰，如人民大会堂、人民英雄纪念碑、毛主席纪念堂等。辽宁海城、山东莱州的滑石雕刻以小巧可爱的小动物为传统品种。湖南洞口、湖北利川的墨晶石雕刻，石质漆黑而光亮。彩石雕刻以浙江青田、福州寿山、湖南浏阳为主要产地。卵石雕刻主要产于兰州、沈阳等地。石雕技法有阴刻（刻划轮廓）、影雕、浮雕、圆雕（不附任何背景的完全立体雕法）、镂雕（又称透雕）等。影雕是福建惠安青石雕刻的独特技法，系用大小不同的钢钻在青石上凿錾，凭借钻点的大小、深浅和疏密来表现山水、鸟兽、人物、花卉等形象。
