Adaptive genetic algorithms based on generational gap information;

Focusing on the problems existing in some genetic algorithms that population size is difficult to estimate or compute,a genetic algorithm with varying population size based on generational gap information(SAVPGA) is proposed.

This article analyzes the current problems of the integrated plan of the city and countryside,such as typical urban-rural dual structure and the unbalanced development of the city and countryside,pointing out that the biggest barrier between the city and countryside is the distinct information gap.

To develop Zhejiang province into a community of wealth,civilization,social security and harmony,the problem of information gap between urban and rural areas should be closely tended.

The author thinks that the information gap means not only a disparity of economy and technology,but also a disparity of economic and political system.

The information gap is defined as the different information between the speakers.

These comprise the following: teacher?student relations, comprehensible input, setup of information gap, choice of proper teaching material, principle for correcting mistakes, and after?class activities.

The article makes a probe into the internal control in academic libraries under the frame of five essential elements,such as control environment,information and communication,risk assessment,control activity and monitoring,etc.
