lunxie weixiu qicai baozhang军械维修器材保障(。rdnane。mainte-nance materiel support)军队组织实施军械维修器材供应所采取的措施。主要是对军械装备的备件、附品、工其、装护具、擦拭材料及维修设备和原材料等的筹措、储备、补给和管理。是军械保障的组成部分。目的是及时保障军械装备的维护和修理。 筹措军械维修器材通常采用向国家工业部门或厂商订购、市场采购和部队修理分队自制三种方法，战时还采取拆拼和利用缴获品的办法取得。中国人民解放军的军械维修器材实行分级筹措，即总部负责向国家工业部门订购大型部件和成套军械备件;军区、军种、兵种负责订购军内工厂生产的军械备件、工具、装护具，以及属物资部门归日管理的通用机电产品和原材料;部队负责筹措部队自制的军械备件和按地区供应的地方管理物资。美军的军械维修器材，属于维护、修理武器所需的零部件和通用物资，山国防后勤局统一采购，再转售给陆海空军;专用物资由军种自行筹措，其中陆军的专用物资由陆军器材司令部负责采购与生产。 储备中国人民解放军的军械维修器材储备，由总部统一规定储备标准和储备数量，实行总部、军区(军种、兵种)和部队三级储备。美军陆军的军械维修器材储备由陆军器材司令部负责，军以下部队的储备又分为标定库存储备(军、师级储备)和携运量储备(以连为单位的基层储备)。 补给中国人民解放军军械维修器材补给采取上级计划补给与下级申请相结合，以计划补给为主，实物补给与经费补给相结合，以实物补给为主的方法。平时补给以一「达经费指标的方式进行控制，按需请领，即将供应部队的实物标准折算成经费指标，在经费指标内由部队根据实际需要到军区维修器材供应中心请领实物，年终结算，超支扣下年度指标。战时主要采取前送与领取相结合、成套补给与零星补给相结合的方法，优先保障主要作战方向上部队的需要。美军军械维修器材的补给实行请领制度，即陆海空军需要的物资通过国}访部自动数字网报给国防后勤局补给中心，补给中心按照命令发给请领单位所在地区的补给仓库;师以下部队的补给采取直接交换的办法，用损坏的零部件换取好的零部件。 管理通常包括计划管理、使用管理和储存管理。①计划管理主要是指总部和军区一级装备技术部门的管理。
