accident probability theory
事故概率理论(aeeident probabilitytheory)估计事故发生可能性的一种理论。认为在由操作者、机器、环境等因素组成的系统中，安全的可靠性尸(A)由组成该系统的各个组成部分的安全可靠性(P:、PZ…P。)决定。其公式为:p(A)=p，X尸2火尸3x…x尸，。其中，若各组成部分的可靠性都低于100%，则整个系统的组成部分越多，事故发生的概率就越大。事故发生的概率p(B)与系统安全性之间的关系是:尸(B)二1一p(A)。为提高系统的安全性，则应做到:(l)尽可能减少系统的组成部分。(2)提高每一组成部分的安全可靠性。(3)重点提高和改善人的能力。 (刘晓明撰杨宗义审)
