胸膜腔负压
胸膜腔内的压力小于大气压。习惯上称为"胸内负压"。平静呼气末期约为-0.3999~0.6665 kPa(-3~5mmHg),吸气末期为-0.6665~1.333kPa(-5~10mmHg)。胸内负压是由作用于胸膜表面的压力间接形成的。当肺处于静止状态时,作用于胸膜内层表面的压力有两种:其一是肺泡内的压力,这与大气压相等,这种压力迫使肺泡扩张;其二是肺组织由于被动扩张而产生的弹性回缩力,力的作用方向与肺泡内压相反。因此胸膜腔内压力实际反映了这两种作用力的关系,即大气压减去弹性回缩力。假如肺的弹性回缩力是0.6665kPa(5mmHg),则胸内压应是103.3080kPa-0.6665kPa=102.6415kPa(760mmHg-5mmHg=755mmHg),较大气压低0.6665kPa(5mmHg),可以用一0.6665kPa(一5mmHg)表示胸内压。任何情况造成胸膜破坏,空气都将进入胸膜腔内,形成气胸。
