In this paper, a model of cylinder shallow shell is founded, and the measured method and evaluated indicator of surface deflection for drawing parts are presented.

shuangqu bianqiao zhamen双曲扁壳闸门(double一eurved shallowshell gate)门叶采用双曲扁壳结构形式的闻门适用于低水头水工建筑物。双曲扁壳是一种良好的结构形式,大量应用在工业与民用建筑工程上。中国自201让纪60年代开始,将双曲扁壳引用到水闸的闸「1上。最初采用的是由钢丝网水泥和钢筋混凝土制作、并由凸面承受水压力的正向扁壳闸门,随后出现了钢制扁壳闸门和由凹面承受水压力的反向扁壳闸门,应用范围也由水闸扩展到船闸等建筑物(见钢丝网水泥薄壳闸门)。20多年运行经验表明扁壳闸门是成功的。应注意的问题有:①启闭力计算中要考虑壳体曲面空间的影响,正向扁壳闸门作用有较大的浮力,反向扁壳闸门包含有较大的水重;②正向钢扁壳闸门的板厚不宜太薄,以防丧失稳定;③钢丝网水泥扁壳闸门施工时要严格控制保护层厚度,砂浆振捣要密实,表面要淤光,并涂以防水涂料,以防钢丝网锈蚀。 (夏念凌)
