To build the virtual prototype model of straight-clam curve engine,three kinds of software,ADAMS,SOLIDWORKS,COSMOSMOTION,are used.
探讨了刚柔结合多体机械系统动力学仿真的方法,利用SOLIDWORKS,AD-AMS,COSMOSMOTION,三种软件,建立了直蚌线发动机虚拟样机模型,通过动态仿真计算,得到了该发动机的主要运动部件的运动规律;在此基础上,结合ANSYS软件,以柔性前曲轴和后曲轴分别代替刚性前曲轴和后曲轴,再次仿真计算,得到了这两个关键部件在周期性作用力作用下的危险时刻,危险部位,为该发动机的进一步精确的优化提供了依据。
