【成数转分再保险】亦称“定额转分再保险”。以成数合同分保形式安排的转分保。分保接受人将已接受但又不能自行承担的再保业务，按成数分保方式转移一部分给其他保险人。这种转分业务虽与有关的再保合约有密切关系，但并非每笔业务都必须按成数转分，这一点和成数合约再保险有所不同。由于对转分保业务的详情难以确切控制和了解，所以转分保业务在分出时较多采用该方式。
