anti-expectation psychotherapy
反期望心理治疗技术(anti一expectationp syehotherapy)由格林勃格(Greenberg，RP.)在1973年提出。一般病人都期望治疗家在不扩大或加重症状的情况下，能使症状减轻，但他发现如果治疗者鼓励病人发生症状和扩大症状，这比让病人对症状加以压抑、否认或避免效果要好。显而易见，这种方法是与病人的期望反其道而行的。这种方法主要适用于对精神分析法出现抵抗的病人。这些病人把问题归因于外界，强调无法与外界抗争，而对抗治疗者的挖掘、解释或指导。他们之所以征求医师的意见，目的似乎只在于加以拒绝。反期望技术打破了病人的封闭系统，他们会发现惯用的防御手段难以对医师的指导加以抵制。 (徐云撰梁宝勇审)
