Based on the outcome of PL VRPTW by using the improved saving method,2-opt* and Or-opt are combined to minimize the initial outcome.
提出在用改进节约法对VRPTW问题求出初始解的基础上,通过引入惩罚因子PE和PL,运用2-opt*和Or-opt相结合的方法对初始解进行优化,并以21个节点的配送网络实例进行验证。
