CT影像


影像学术语。又称CT重建影像(reconstructed CT image),CT断层层面重建影像(reconstructedcross-sectional CT image),均指CT扫描后产生的影像。本质上是被扫描层面中单位体积,即体素(voxel)的X线线性衰减系数(linear X-ray attenuation coefficient)的两维分布重建图。人体器官、组织和结构具有不同的组成成分,因此能显示出不同的衰减特征。CT扫描后获取的线性衰减系数两维分布重建图显示为体素的CT值(CT number)矩阵图,再经数/模转换等处理,最终在荧屏上产生出一种由不同灰度的像素(pixel)组成、可显示出被扫描层面内各种器官、组织和结构及其相互解剖关系的影像,称CT重建图像或CT断层层面重建图像,简称CT图像。CT图像通常为横断层面扫描图像,亦称横断层面图像。身体某些部位,如头颅,还可根据需要获取冠状面扫描图像(coronal scan i-ma-ge)。
