藻粉篡藻淤澎黔嘿一些工业化发达国家已经将公路沿线设施的规划和建设纳入公路规划与建设之中，做到统一规划和建设。这类设施在建成之后往往通过招标的方式租给私人经营。公路沿线设施属公路配套服务项目，一般均由公路管理部门在公路用地范围内规化筹建，所有权属公路管理部门。公路部门可以自己经营，也可以出租，其主要收人应用于公路沿线设施的维修、改造、扩建、私建，增添服务项目，提高现代化服务水平，改善公路环境等。公路沿线设施，除由公路管理部门建设和管理外，如路过城镇的路段、其他部门或居民修建的餐宿等服务设施、邮电通讯设施等，应在公路留用地外进行建设，以免影响公路扩建。
