| 弹尾目 Collembola 昆虫纲的一目。腹部具弹器善弹跳。通称跳虫。遍布全世界，在终年积雪的高山上也有分布。已知约有2600多种，中国研究记载的只有30多种。体微小，长形或圆球形。无翅，身体裸出或被毛或鳞片。平时弹器弯向前方夹在握弹器上，当跳跃时，由于肌肉的伸展，弹器猛向下后方弹击物面，使身体跃入空中，故名跳虫。该目昆虫多数生活在潮湿的地方，以腐烂的植物类、地衣或菌类为主要食物，少数种类取食活的植物体和发芽的种子，成为农作物和园艺作物的害虫。有极少数种类肉食性，取食腐肉。 |
