该刊先后在上海、北京、广州、武汉等地编印发行。在中国内地许多大中城市以及香港、巴黎、东京等地设有30多个分销处。发行数由开始时的3000份激增至 4万余份，最高达10万份。1927年7月18日出至第201期被迫停刊。
