In order to train the students innovative and comprehensive application ability,by use of the existing instrument and equipment,the comprehensive experiment of preparing magnetic Fe-Co alloy materials by electrochemical technique was designed,which would be carried out in senior students of applied chemistry major.
为了培养学生的创新能力和综合运用能力,利用现有的仪器设备,设计了电化学法制备磁性Fe-Co合金材料的综合性实验,在应用化学专业高年级学生中开设,并给出了实验设计方案和相应的评价方法。

In this study, we used process control agents (PCA) during MA process and investigated the effect of PCA on the characteristics of the Fe-Co alloy powder.
采用机械合金化工艺(MA)制备Fe—Co合金微粉材料;探讨了过程控制剂(PCA)的使用对MA过程以及Fe-Co合金粉末颗粒的尺寸分布,形貌、成分和团聚程度等特性的影响,发现PCA对改善粉末材料的综合性能有良好效果。
