红旗渠分水苑
“分水苑牌楼”是红旗渠风景区第一景，也是进入分水苑风景区的大门，为仿古式山门牌坊，由安阳市园林设计室设计，林州市红旗渠施工队承建。1994年3月破土动工，同年7月主体工程告竣，共投工日2000多个，投资10万余元。
正门高8．5米，两侧门高 6．5米，总宽度10米，整座牌楼由4根直径0．7米的褐红色圆柱托起，正、侧门全部用棕黄色琉璃瓦封顶。建筑采用钢筋混凝土结构，正门坐斗枋正立面是片金跑龙彩画，下口枋立面是草龙和玺彩画。绘画精细，制作精美； 雕梁画栋，光彩夺目；民族风格，古朴典雅；结构精巧，造型秀丽。
正门檐下有原中共林县县委第一书记、红旗渠建设总指挥部政委，国务院贫困地区经济开发领导烛给；办公室顾问杨贵题“分水苑“。
