The proposed method represents an important breakthrough in restrictions of the quasi-steady hypothesis, and the problems induced by the direct employment of such hypothesis without modification are solved to some extent in this study.

数学模型中的微分方程或差分方程的系数为常数的系统。严格地说，没有一个物理系统是定常的，例如系统的特性或参数会由于元件的老化或其他原因而随时间变化，引起模型中方程的系数发生变化。然而如果在所考察的时间间隔内，其参数的变化相对于系统运动变化要缓慢得多，则这个物理系统就可以看作是定常的。定常系统分为非线性定常系统和线性定常系统。
