洪水 flood 江、湖、海水体自然上涨,超过常规水位的水流现象。洪水常威胁江、湖、海沿岸居民生命财产安全。据统计,洪灾损失居自然灾害前列,单位面积的损失日益增大。“洪水”一词在中国首见于先秦《尚书·尧典》。书中记述了黄河4000年前的洪水。在西亚的底格里斯-幼发拉底河以及非洲的尼罗河关于洪水的记载可追溯到公元前4000年。洪水按成因和发生地理位置分类如下:①暴雨洪水。由暴雨在流域内经过产流、汇流而成。②山洪。暴雨在山区形成的暴发性急剧涨落的山溪洪水。③泥石流。暴雨在山区引起的含有大量泥石的突发性洪流。④融雪洪水。高寒地区积雪大量融化形成的洪水。⑤冰凌洪水(见防凌)。⑥溃坝洪水。因水坝失事,水体突然下泄形成的洪水。⑦湖泊洪水。河湖水流交换或互相顶托、或因湖面风暴引起的洪水。⑧天文潮。海水受引潮力作用而出现的长周期波动现象。⑨风暴潮。台风、气旋、冷锋的强风作用和气压骤变等强烈天气系统引起的水面异常升降现象。⑩海啸、水下地震或火山爆发引起的巨浪。①~⑥统称河流洪水,⑧~⑩统称海岸洪水。两种以上洪水同时遭遇,称混合洪水。 |
