To figure out the law of the variety of the moment at the end of a column in a non-sway cell-closed frame when the second order p-δ effect is under consideration,a rule based on the type of restrain relationship of the beam and the column plus the second order additional rotation of the joint was presented,which was illustrated and verified by the results of typical examples.
