yonghud一onyo wugong guonll用户电压无功管理(voltage and reactive卯wer management for eustomers)在交流电路中，电压的产生，电能的传输、变换都离不开电磁场的作用，交流电磁场的建立需要吸收大量的无功功率，如文流电动机、变压器等的交流电磁场的建立吸收了大童无功功率。电力系统中的无功功率与有功功率有着同样重要的作用。电力系统无功功率平衡程度及其随机调节性能，对系统的电压质量优劣有着重要作用。系统无功功率严重不足或配置不当会引起电力系统或局部电网出现低电压运行状况，这不仅会使电气设备性能降低，电能损耗增加、寿命缩短、生产效率下降，还会使电力系统抗御事故冲击能力减弱，给电力系统的安全稳定运行构成潜在的威胁。电力系统无功功率调节手段不足或调节能力差，会加剧电压偏移和电压波动的程度，出现高峰负荷时段电压偏低.低谷负荷时段电压过高，如是周期性冲击负荷，则会引起闪变.因此，做好电力系统无功功率的平衡和有效调节，是保证电压质量的基础工作，也是提高电力系统安全稳定运行的重要措施。 与电网连接的用户电力设备，是电力系统的组成部分，对用户供电的电压质量，是以用户受电端电压质量来考核的。它的优劣除与电网结构、电源配置、运行方式及无功调节能力等因家有关外，还与用户自身负荷特性、无功补偿方式、容量及调节能力有关。因此，一些国家在规定供电电压质t标准的同时，对用户的用电功率因数也做出相应的规定，对达不到规定的，还允许电力部门按功率因数来调整用户的电费(见功率因教调整电费)，以求激励用户进行无功补偿，提高电压质t。 用户电压无功管理主要有电压质量的监督、无功管理和改善电压质量等三个方面的工作。 电压质t的监仔用户受电端的电压质量要符合国家规定的标准(见供电质童).对用户电压质量的监价.首先要选择有代表性的用户，即选择的用户端电压有可能出现最差的质t，如供电线路首端或末端的用户，选择的用户要在整个供电区域内每级电压中呈现均匀分布.选择的用户数盆应能满足数理统计大子样的要求.然后，对用户受电端电压进行实侧.实侧的方法有电压自动记录仪、人工定时实测等.人工定时实测的日期、时间应具有可比性，最好在同一日期时间内监侧。最后，对用户端电压的实侧数据进行统计分析，并与电网电压监视中枢点数据进行对比分析，并将分析的结果反馈给运行部门，用以指导无功管理与电压的调整。 无功管理用户无功的管理分为接电前和运行中两个阶段。对新装用户在接电前进行无功管理的目的是使用户在用电以后有尽可能高的自然功率因数、经济合理的调压方式与无功补偿措施。
