The administration center building in Zhejiang Cangnan County is an ultra-long structure,engineers adopt ZY shrinkage-compensating concrete during construction,and install ZY expansion reinforcing band,ZY latter poured expansion reinforcing band,and latter poured belt,which control the cracks appearing concrete structure.

In this mass concrete project, we mixed ZY high performance concrete expansive agent to make shrinkage compensating concrete, besides we adopted effective methods of warm-keeping and heat-isolation by temperature test and control, as a result, concrete crack was prevented.

This paper presents an application of HLHEA high performance concrete expansive agent in reinforcing project of coast Niutoushan reservoir, practice shows that shrinkage compensating concrete with compound mixing of HLHEA high performance concrete expansive agent, water reducer, airproof agent etc could improve anti-crack, anti-seepage and anti-freeze qualities of concrete.

This project adopted shrinkage compensating concrete mixed with expansive agent to realize continuous grouting construction of mass and over-length RC structure, enhanced the integrity of structure, assured the project quality, quickened the construction speed, and achieved sound economic effects.
