Constructive technology of steel flower tube stabilization;

This paper summarizes the successful application of steel flower tube grouting method in slope sliding treatment engineering,analyzes the failure mechanism of slope sliding,proposes its relevant treatment measures by grouting method,and illustrates the importance of geological examination in rode design.

3 line of Guangzhou metro advanced support construction utilizing swaying shot diaphragm wall,triple-pipe rotary jet grouting pile and steel floral tube pile and pile foundation underpinning technology are introduced in view of the situations that tunnel pass through Guangshan expressway and Yuangang super large bridge in order to ensure trouble-free excavation of tunnel.

This paper studies the technique such as grouting steel floral tube ,steel anchor pipe frame, the combination of steel floral tube and spud for antislip and grouting steel tube anchor cable based on the comprehend of steel floral tube technique and the engineering feature of highway landslope in mountainous district.

By studing the formation reason of the K110 and the design of reinforcement,the author put forward the technique of steel floral tube to reinforce the slope.

By comparing the treatment results for grouted area and non-grouted area using the dynamic probe method,it is concluded that roadbed reinforcement by means of perforated steel pipe grouting fully measures up to desired technical standards,and the result may serve as a reference for relevant engineering applications.
