| 消毒 disinfection 杀灭外界的致病性微生物，使之不能侵入人体而致病的措施。消毒和灭菌是预防传染病的重要措施。灭菌则指杀灭物品中的一切致病性和非致病性微生物，故只适用于无生命的物品而不能用于人体（如火烧）。消毒可按有无已知的传染源分为两类：即预防性消毒和疫源地消毒；也可按进行消毒的时间分为：随时消毒和终末消毒，即在病人离开、痊愈或死亡后进行的消毒。消毒和灭菌的方法可分为两种：物理消毒法和化学消毒法，根据病原体的抵抗力、消毒对象等加以选用。物理消毒法简单易行，主要有日晒法、煮沸法、蒸汽法、火烧法、微波消毒法、紫外线消毒法、机械消毒法（洗、刷、通风等）。化学消毒法的种类繁多，如酒精、碘剂、漂白粉消毒等等。应用时应注意：①有漂白作用的不能用于有色布类，对金属有腐蚀作用的不能用于金属器械。②注意其稳定性及有效期。③两种消毒剂同时应用时应注意有无相互抵消作用，如新洁而灭与肥皂水等。 |
