基本材料
芡实200克，老鸭1只，葱、姜、盐、黄酒各适量。
制法
先杀鸭，去毛和内脏，洗净。芡实洗净后放入鸭腹内。鸭子放入沙锅内，加葱、姜、盐、黄酒、清水（适量），用武火烧沸后，转用文火煮2小时，至鸭酥烂，再加味精调味。
功效
滋阴养胃，健脾利水。
用法
佐酒下饭，随量用。
应用
适用于脾虚腹胀，便溏者。
