基本用料:甜菜400克,大葱2~4根,芹菜子一匙,,浓鸡汤500克,椰子汁一听,棕榈糖(或红糖),调味用柠檬汁,玉米芽油,胡椒粉适量,柠檬草、蒜瓣适量,红椒或青椒1~3个,姜一块,薄荷嫩叶4枚,磨细柠檬壳2~3个,1个柠檬的汁
制作方法:
1.把柠檬草、蒜、辣椒、姜、薄荷、柠檬壳一起放到搅拌机搅碎。淋上柠檬汁,搅拌混合成糊酱备用。
2.甜菜切丁,大葱切细。大葱和荷兰芹菜子用油炒过再小火加热焖煮10分钟。加入1盅调好的1/2糊酱,焖煮一小会儿。加1/2甜菜丁搅拌。浇上热鸡汤,用盐和胡椒粉调味。
3.文火焖煮10分钟。加入剩余1/2甜菜丁。再浇入椰汁,用小火热一下。其余的糊酱柠檬汁,根据喜好加入。
4.配菜做法:黄瓜条、大葱圈、芫荽和芹菜子混合撒在汤上。
tips:品汤前,加上学大勺俄式酸奶油,紫红的汤色立即化开成红百合的颜色,不但有口福,还让眼睛过了一把瘾。
